How is Coaching Conducted?
|
|
|
|
Coaching sessions are usually held three to four times a month for 30-60 minutes per session. Sessions are usually held over the phone or (if locally) in person. Much of your progress will occur between sessions while implementing actions that we have agreed will lead to the realization of your desired outcomes and experience.

How Do I Get Started?
|
|
|
|
The easiest way is to get started is to simply contact us and request a free “Complimentary Coaching Session” where we just chat for 30-45 minutes about what you would like to accomplish through coaching. This will give us an opportunity to meet each other and determine if and how we would like to work together. The getting-acquainted interview is typically held over the phone.
Of course, you can also start coaching by simply bringing three to five objectives to the coaching relationship. Our focus would then be to help you achieve those objectives in a desired time frame.

What is the Investment for Coaching?
|
|
|
|
A variety of coaching packages are available ranging in fees from $75 - $250 a month. The appropriate package is an individual decision and is determined by the number of sessions per month and the length of each session.
