To expand the creative capacity of individuals in order to declare and fulfill their possibilities in a joyful, meaningful, and life-enriching manner. We achieve this through transformational learning and personal coaching.

Denver Hudson, President and Founder of INTERMAX, LLC, has been in the Training and Coaching Fields since March 1993.

As a Certified Training Consultant & Life and Wellness Coach, Denver has dedicated his life to working with individuals who are passionate and committed to discovering who they are, what they love to do, and expressing that fully through living new possibilities in their life.

Having gone through a number of challenging life transitions in 40 years, Denver woke up to the fact that a large number of people are not experiencing the necessary and desired levels of personal freedom to pursue and fulfill their dreams. As a result of his experiences and his passion to expand his service to others, Denver continues to seek out and partner with individuals and organizations who are ready to explore and experience the power and transforming effect of personal freedom, compelling vision, and self expression.

Through collaborative partnering with his clients, Denver creates a challenging, forward-moving atmosphere where clients are inspired, educated, and supported in taking charge of all areas of their lives allowing for the achievement of integrity, wholeness, and balance that optimizes one’s life and business experience.

Denver is the author of several coaching and learning programs including: TAKE CHARGE! and Live Your Greatness, How to Live a Stress-Free Life in a Stress-Filled World, and On-Purpose Retirement: How to Create a Meaningful and Fulfilling Retirement Regardless of How Much Money You Have.

Denver currently lives in Terre Haute, Indiana, with his wife Susan, and their three children, Nathan, Jeffrey, and Leah.

Aina Clayton, MS is the Founder of Avenues for Success, LLC which is “A women’s avenue for success...her way!” Her name is pronounced “Ina” but it is spelled with an “A.”

Throughout her career Aina has taken great pleasure in being able to use her management and leadership skills for the sake of others. These skills were developed over several decades of experience in working as the Executive Director of several non-for-profit agencies and running her own environmental products sales company.

Then in her second half of life, a new passion evolved. She found that she wanted to devote her life to liberating and filling people with a free-mind. The wealth of resources, that she provides you, comes from the training that she received at Coach and Grow Rich Virtual University and at Coco Fossland Inc., where she learned how to “Support People Who Are Passionate About Creating A Business To Make A Difference In The World;” plus she is certified in family mediation and business ethics. Also, she especially enjoys working the Baby Boomer generation because she is one of them.

Aina specializes in helping you become more organized and focused, which provides you energy and momentum. To obtain the success that you desire, she helps you make choices that are in alignment with your integrity and values, not someone else’s. Motivation, accountability and expanded awareness, which give clarity, are what she provides, so that you can achieve your dreams. In a capsule, she enables you to find your passion in life and then to fulfill that desire.
